Youth Retreat Portal
The youths of Morant Bay SDA Church under the leadership of the Adventist Youth Department embarks on a spirit-filled excursion each year, which takes them to different places of interest. It is a camp experience away from the usual amenities of life. The aim is to rekindle a closer relationship with their Saviour and friend Jesus Christ through nature, fellowship and bible study.
This activity takes place each year on heroes' weekend in the month of October. For the last five years the youths of the Morant Bay SDA Church have benefited greatly from this spiritual emphasis thought of by the then Adventist Youth Leader Sis Latoya Mullings and her team in the year 2008, as a pilot project to bridge the divide brought about by the generation gap effect. From then "Youth Retreat" as been a tower of strength to each participant.
